Some people excel in working with large groups, but have a real difficulty with one-on-one relationships. Others have a real talent for working with singular individuals and small groups, but wilt at the prospect of addressing a crowd. In my experience, it is rare to find the person who is adept at all levels of interaction from the most the most personal to the vastly impersonal.
