Wen Tzu - Verse 25

from Verse Twenty-Five
So when there is trust in verbal agreements, the trust is there before the words.
~ Wen-tzu: Understanding the Mysteries ~
If we can develop trust with each other -- usually born out of friendship and family ties -- why don't we trust Tao? The One is the source of all; without it there could be no trust. Yet we turn from the Way time and time again.

Think about it. If we can't trust the life force, how can we truly trust anything or anyone else?

  1. Trusting life to get it right for us is such a peaceful way to be. After all it does so much and the tiny bit left that we think we do is a blip on the scale.

So we just trust it to handle that bit too and smile at the ride.
