Life Defined -- Point 2

2. The answers to all properly framed questions, both questions of fact and questions of value, preexist out there, objectively.
Questions and answers only exist for the self-conscious mind. In nature, being is without a need for either variable. As far as we have been able to discern, other life forms on this planet don't search for answers in order to thrive. They simply exist within their nature, living and dying within the cycle of life.

If one posits a perfect being -- one that is complete in and of itself -- it would have no need for questions based solely on the fact that questions suggest incompleteness. Questions are posed to gather further information and an omniscient being already has all the information.

Finally, it can't be logically argued that Q & A preexist this God because, according to the Christian formulation, there was no consciousness before God and consciousness is a prerequisite for asking questions.
