That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.To reiterate a point made in yesterday's entry in this series, Tao/God is ever present -- whether we look for the manifestations of it or not. We can't escape the comprehensiveness of Tao/God, even if we wanted to! And so, in this regard, it doesn't matter if we choose to lead a virtuous life or not; the Grand Mystery is present and available, nonetheless.

How can the divine Oneness be seen? In beautiful forms, breathtaking wonders, awe- inspiring miracles? The Tao is not obliged to present itself this way. It is always present and always available.
