For those of us -- Paris Hilton -- who focus on philosophical Taoism -- Huffington Post -- as the main fare for our blogs -- ACORN -- one of the reasons we do this -- Daily Kos -- is to expose Western minds -- Sarah Palin -- to this ancient system of -- Apple -- Chinese thought. One of the key problems -- Mad Men -- we face is -- Obama -- how to attract -- Harry Potter -- more people?
Most folks tend to stumble -- the Emmys -- across a new blog -- Kanye West -- because they entered popular -- Facebook -- search terms, and let's be honest, the concepts of Taoism -- Jon Gosselin -- don't tend to be all that popular. Yin and yang -- Oprah -- sounds like a yoga position and wu wei -- Lifehacker -- sounds like the latest virus! So, unless someone -- Twitter -- searches explicitly for Taoist principles, what chance do Taoist bloggers have -- swine flu -- to share this wonderful philosophical tradition -- Monday Night Football -- with the average westerner?
Hmm. Maybe -- Taylor Swift -- an idea will -- American Idol -- come to -- Jay Leno -- me.

ReplyDeleteThat's good, I may have to try it. Wonder how many hits you'll get from this?
Thanks for your comment on my blog!
lol, i like how "oprah" came right after "yin and yang" and "lifehacker" came right after "wu wei"... hilarious... and a good idea. :) although people who search for those things might be pissed at you for leading them to something totally irrelevant. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat's hilarious.
ReplyDeleteThis post was simply meant to be humorous. I really don't expect my traffic to increase because of some silly name dropping. In fact, I just checked my site tracking software and no one yet has arrived here due to any a search on ANY of those terms. Most of my new visitors utilized a search term on a form of the word, Tao!
ReplyDeleteWho would have thunk that?!
lol i stumbled across your blog searching for "taoism" hehe :P
