Zero at the beginning means:
This is the ideal tax rate for the one percent.
If you tax the rich at any rate (except zero),
then what is left to trickle down?
If the rich can't eat cake, where will the crumbs come from?


The rich of society are kings and queens. They are special people endowed by the Heavens. In other words, they are better than you are! Being better means that they have no obligations for the betterment of society. In fact, it's the other way around -- It is society's job to make them feel better than better. Ya know, the betterest! The bestest of the best!
