It's ironic that most of us say that we value our lives and yet we don't act like it! We smoke, drink, get stoned, overeat, and engage in all sorts of behaviors that shorten our limited time in this realm. Instead of nurturing this body and mind that have been bestowed upon us, we abuse them with abandon.
