The world does not owe you anything, can not give you anything.
The idea that the world should give you happiness, when the world does not have happiness as one of its constituent parts, is apparently false. The world is made of mind and mind can only recognize happy and sad, not produce them.
Happiness must emerge from the only true reality, that before mind.
