Therefore all in the world delight to exalt him and do not weary of him.

When we relate to others without force and contrivance, people tend to gravitate toward us. Though we may not seek to lead, others around us will encourage us to do so.

Why?

Because all of us want to be nurtured and supported! Leaders who nurture and support the community bring out the best in people.
