Tao Bible - Jonah 1:4

But the LORD sent out a great wind into the sea, and there was a mighty tempest in the sea, so that the ship was like to be broken.
~ King James version ~

Tao is the tempest itself, not its cause.
~ possible Taoist alternative ~
God, upset that Jonah didn't follow a directive, causes a storm to besiege the boat Jonah travels on.

When storms come, it is not because Tao has a bone to pick with someone. Storms originate based on the laws of nature.
