If Tao had a sanctuary, it would be everywhere.

Tao neither requires nor desires worship. If you want to pay homage to The Way, you can do it wherever you are.

Certainly the best place to pay homage to the Way is in your heart, but I think the point of the Ezekiel passage is less about place, than about who may enter there: no foreigners or unbelievers.
