Without kindness, there is no way to care for all the people.

You know, it appears that a lot of people in our world today view kindness as overrated. In their eyes, only a bleeding heart liberal would feel the need to be kind. Tough love -- that's what we need! Get all those lazy, no-good people off their arses.

Kindness doesn't necessarily equate to mushiness. All it really signifies is to be humane, good-natured and generous. I mean, let's get real. Isn't that the way we want others to treat us?

  1. But kindness alone is not enough. A great leader also needs a vision, strategy and tactics, and a convincing rhetoric. And he can't be a wimp.
