It may be that the house of Judah will hear all the evil which I purpose to do unto them; that they may return every man from his evil way; that I may forgive their iniquity and their sin.The prophet Jeremiah, speaking on behalf of God, threatens evil for evil actions. This would seem to go against the notion that two wrongs don't make a right!

Since Tao is impartial, Tao is beyond good and evil. Tao treats the entirety of the cosmos the same. If there is goodness or evil, then it is found within us.
