Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.Because the captive Israelites have turned back to God and promised to worship him, he says he will return them to their homeland and make them a great nation. And abandons no one.

Tao provides for all with no conditions. The sun shines and the rains fall on the good and the bad just the same.
