Do the work

Continuing on from yesterday's entry in this series, not only do we let you know who authors each post, but, when we cite the work of others, we tell you who they are and supply a link as well. We do this because we want to give credit where credit is due.

Many times credit is bound up in monetary compensation. We want to know who the author is so we can buy their book and the authors themselves want you to know who they are so they can earn a living.

Imagine if all books or blogs were written anonymously! No person taking any credit for the ideas on a printed page or a screen.

  1. Ta-Wan, WuWu and SonBeam are 3 ways I've separated myself from words I've left behind.

Strangely it feels very egotistical for me to raise this point though :D

Whatever name we tag these posts with though, it's Tao not claiming it every time.
