Tao Bible - Isaiah 31:5

As birds flying, so will the LORD of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it.

Heaven and Earth are impartial;
They see the ten thousand things as straw dogs.
The wise are impartial;
They see the people as straw dogs.

For the Christian, God often is seen as a protector.

For the Taoist, the Way is impartial. Tao doesn't single anyone or anything out for protection OR attack.
