Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof.Though the word empty is utilized in both passages, they certainly don't mean the same thing!

In the first instance, an angry God makes empty his own creation. In the second instance, Tao itself is empty, but serves as a fount for all that it is.
