Tao Bible - Isaiah 22:7

And it shall come to pass, that thy choicest valleys shall be full of chariots, and the horsemen shall set themselves in array at the gate.
~ King James version ~

Tao is adverse to war.
~ possible Taoist alternative ~
One of the stark differences between Christianity and philosophical Taoism concerns the topic of war. While Christian texts indicate that God blesses righteous war (war that he commands), the Taoist sages indicated that war itself occurs when humankind turns aside from the Way. In the latter sense, war always represents a failure of the human imagination.
