Tao Bible - Ecclesiastes 3:8

A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
~ King James version ~

When the Tao is present in the universe,
The horses haul manure.
When the Tao is absent from the universe,
War horses are bred outside the city.
~ from Verse 46 of the Tao Te Ching ~
In a perfect world, there would be no war. If we each were freed from covetous desire, there would be no poverty, repression nor violence. As individuals and a society, we have chosen to walk a far different path than the Way and so we suffer the dire consequences!
