The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way: but the folly of fools is deceit.By and large, a Christian and a Taoist would agree on this verse. The main difference is between the emphasis on "God's" way as opposed to the Way of Tao or the cosmos.

For some Taoists, this difference between the two is small and inconsequential; for others (like me), the difference is a bit more substantial.
