Some call it God. Some call it Tao. Some give it other names. But the names don't do whatever it is any justice.

While I agree with your conclusion, I'm not sure that "nonbeing" is a Biblical concept. The Psalmist is talking about God being able to know things about him even before he does; God as psychic, but hardly "nonbeing."
