The Wiz I

I was thinking about the Wizard of Oz. Dorothy was blown all the way to Oz and needs to get back to Kansas. She meets the Good Witch (white) who sends her to the Wiz. She picks up three other needy souls along the way. The Wiz does his thunder and lightning show but gets exposed for the charlatan that he is. Still, Dorothy and friends go on the prescribed adventure, melt the Wicked Witch (green), and everyone gets exactly what he or she wanted. Except the Wicked Witch, of course.

And then Dorothy wakes up, having been hit on the head, and everything was a dream! It was a great adventure, but it’s sure nice to be back in Kansas! But the happiest character of all had to have been the Wicked Witch: “Whew, now that was a nightmare!”
