Tao Bible - Psalm 53:1

The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.
~ King James version ~

The fool is one who looks beyond his own heart.
~ possible Taoist alternative ~
The writer declares that all humankind is evil and the fool denies God.

Whether one chooses to believe in the symbol of God, Tao, Allah, etc. is not as important as looking inside one's own heart. There, in the void, is the power and calmness to guide our way.
