Chui asked Zhouzi, “How do you know ‘all is well’?”
“I do not know it.”
“Why then do you say it?!”
“Because all is well,” replied Zhouzi. “It is an experience, an openness of the heart, not a grasping of the mind. Nor is it a moral judgment. I say it because life is affirmation and I follow along with the life within. What does knowing have to do with it?”
