So I'm reading along near the end of 2 Chronicles and I come to a most curious passage.

Jehoiachin was eight years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months and ten days in Jerusalem: and he did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord. (Chapter 36, Verse 9)Now, as I understand it, according to Jewish law, a boy does not become responsible for his actions until the age of 13. If Jehoiachin was an 8 year old king, how could he do "evil in the sight of the Lord"?

An 8 year old tyrant? God help us! Can you imagine the terrors of such a thing? Think about it; an all powerful child ego.
