Tao Bible - 2 Kings 21:14

And I will forsake the remnant of mine inheritance, and deliver them into the hand of their enemies; and they shall become a prey and a spoil to all their enemies;
~ King James version ~

Tao forsakes nothing.
~ possible Taoist alternative ~
God, angered by yet another "evil" king of Judah, vows to make life very difficult for a portion of the "Chosen People."

Forsake means to give up on, abandon and/or renounce. If everything is a manifestation of Tao, how can Tao abandon or renounce anything? To do so would mean that Tao forsakes Tao.
