Tao Bible - 2 Kings 10:30

And the LORD said unto Jehu, Because thou hast done well in executing that which is right in mine eyes, and hast done unto the house of Ahab according to all that was in mine heart, thy children of the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Israel.
~ King James version ~

Tao neither rewards nor punishes tyrants.
~ possible Taoist alternative ~
After slaying all his adversaries at the behest of God, the almighty wants to reward King Jehu by guaranteeing that four generations of his descendants would rule over the land.

When we oppress others, it is not at the behest of the Way. We do so because we fall prey to desire. We might dress up our conquest as holy and sanctified, but there is nothing holy or divine about it.
