Joining the KKK

So, I'm reading an article on Global Research, "WikiLeaks founder jailed in London on bogus charges" and I get down to the bottom of the page. Here's what I found:
While this frame-up has sent Assange to a British jail, at least temporarily, the technological and financial attack on his organization continues. Visa and MasterCard announced Tuesday that they were suspending all payments to WikiLeaks pending an investigation of the legality of the group’s activities.

At the same time, as Charles Arthur, the technology editor of the British newspaper the Guardian, points out, both financial companies continue to allow users to make donations to “overtly racist organisations such as the Knights Party, which is supported by the Ku Klux Klan.” The Ku Klux Klan web site directs users to a site called Christian Concepts. It takes Visa and MasterCard donations for users willing to profess their racist and Christian convictions...
That's a bold accusation. I checked it out for myself and here's what it says at the bottom of the application to join the KKK:
CLICK HERE TO USE YOUR VISA, MASTER CARD, or Personal Check TO JOIN THE KNIGHTS' PARTY
Let me get this right. The major credit card companies have denied service to an organization that has played a key role in exposing the truth, but they have no problem at all providing services to a group that spreads and advocates fear, hate and violence against minorities?

What can a person say? This is absolutely bonkers (unethical too)!!

  1. This wikileaks thing is a huge deal. Not only does it expose the governments' lies, which is great, but I would put money on the fact that they're going to use this as a starting point for strict regulation of the internet, our last bastion of the free exchange of ideas. I was split on the issue before, but as I learn more about it, I'm definitely, 100% on Assange's side.
