Instantaneous Combustion

If a person could actually know Tao (or God) in its full breadth and entirety, wouldn't such a revelation lead to instantaneous combustion?

Imagine all the principles, processes and knowledge of the universe rushing into one pea-sized brain. The immensity of it all would quickly collapse the cerebral cortex into a mass of jelly. Maybe it simply would explode into a ball of flames.

I am content in my ignorance.

  1. The person would of course extinguish as when all knew all there would be no other.

  2. Well I think that's what the goal of internal alchemy is...but I think of it as expansion rather than collapse. More supernova than black hole.
