Every now and then, when I accidentally get into a conversation with a proselytizer and he/she finds out that I don't believe in a god, I'm told that God is trying to communicate with me, it's simply that I'm refusing to listen!
I don't know about god, but Mother Earth is trying to talk to us and too few people seem to be listening. Who knows? Maybe Mother Earth and god are one in the same. If so, why do believers listen to one voice and not the other?

The earth is trying desperately to communicate with us. Record high temperatures, crop failures, natural disasters, and the flight of ecological refugees are its surefire signs that climate change is wreaking havoc in the present, and promising much worse for the future. Nevertheless, these warnings have done little to stir political and economic elites in Canada.

There may be NO God but the earth is screaming at us. I fear we are deaf to the screams of earth and when we finally do hear the screams it will be too late.
