Chapter 12, Verses 12 and 13 - Sun Tzu
In every army, the five developments connected with fire must be known, the movements of the stars calculated, and a watch kept for the proper days. Hence those who use fire as an aid to the attack show intelligence; those who use water as an aid to the attack gain an accession of strength. ~ from The Art of War, Giles translation ~

This makes me think of Zhuge Liang in the Battle of Red Cliffs. (Using fire and water to advantage, as well as a sense of the elements.) Good films.
