There is no proof that Men evolved from basic simple land dwellers into great Men.
The evidence is instead that Great Spiritual Cultures lived and their only purpose in life was passing down wisdom so that all would live in blissful unity.
We exist in times where the desire for this spiritual wisdom is out of balance with availability.
Nature will redress this balance. You're going the right way.

This is an awful post out of the context to which it originally came to be!
ReplyDeleteThe first line is shocking and very untrue, and the following lines don't help much. In context it does make sense though. The idea behind it is that, while it is quite true that we evolved physically from a more simple past, we are not now 'great'. Instead what used to be was perfectly natural, and what we have become can be seen to be quite out of touch with natures flow. In a minor blip of history we have gone from the perfection of 'leaving no trace' to the imperfection of writing great spiritual works (such as the Tao the ching and the Upanishads), to the modern 'greatness' of now where we drop nuclear bombs on our own children and kill the planet.
and so, in that way, this post makes sense.
