Tao Bible - Hosea 5:6

They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the LORD; but they shall not find him; he hath withdrawn himself from them.

Heaven's net casts wide.
Though its meshes are course, nothing slips through.

God, being upset with the people of Israel for turning away from him, repays the favor by turning away from them.

If Tao is the source of all, how could Tao turn away from anything? If Tao has no desires or expectations, there is no motivation to return a tit for a tat.
