I have finally made my way through the Old Testament and will soon start into the New Testament. In a few days, you can expect more regular posting for this series and the "Questions" series.
I must admit that I struggled to get through the OT. It was so repetitive! It was so negative! It made it hard to come up with different themes to highlight because it kept airing the same gripes over and over and over again.
Like most people, I'm more familiar with the NT than the OT plus there are many sayings attributed to Jesus than are somewhat congruent with Taoist thought. So, I'm hopeful that posts in this series will become a bit more collegial over the next few months.
