Daily Tao - Body Work

Your body is the river bank, wishing to become the sea.

How silly, this solid fixed body.

Your energy and life source is the water passing over your banks, not fixed.

Ah, the flow, goes on and on.

One day you may see that you are the water and release the hold of the bank.

The flow no longer moves when I am with it.

Leaving the body behind, you flow – and become the ocean.

Released from rigidity.

Daily Tao is a reprint from Ta-Wan's blog, Daily Cup of Tao, which offers one post per day for an entire year. You also can read these posts in an ebook.
